Rights of the interested parties

Pursuant to art. 7 of Leg. Dec. no. 196/2003, the holder of the personal data has the right to:

obtain confirmation of the presence of his/her data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;

obtain the indication of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the treatment purposes and methods; c) the procedure applied in case of treatment carried out with electronic devices; d) the identification of the data controller, processor and representative appointed for this activity pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated;

obtain: a) the updating, modification or, when necessary, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently treated; c) confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, as regards also their content, to those subjects to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except when this is impossible or involves the use of means explicitly disproportionate to the protected right;

oppose, totally or partially: a) for legitimate reasons, the treatment of his/her personal data, even if consistent with the purposes of the collection; b) the treatment of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance market research or commercial communications.
